do you eat 3 meals a day?

I eat based on the circadian rhythm of the body, so only between 12 noon and 8pm... I snack pretty much once an hour though, but it's only natural foods at this point (for the most part, I still cheat). I've felt incredibly energized since I started doing it that way though.

Depends on what you trying to do with your body.


Most people only need 2 meals a day, I never understood how people could eat breakfast at 8 then lunch at like Noon, my body really won let me eat a meal twice in a 8 hour time period without feeling like E honda.



How do most of yall look that eat 1 meal or so a day as compared to those that eat 3?

3 meals a day is necessary for a kid or a growing teen but once u get a certain age it ain't really necessary


Our ancestors were often times lucky if they ate ONCE a day (before agriculture)


U can live off one meal a day if u eat small fruit and vegetable appetizers between the meal and drink lots of water


I'm like 10-15 lbs above my ideal weight right now mainly because i don't really exercise like that, if I ate 3 meals a day regularly I'd probably be Biggie smalls status

of course u need 6 meals a day to give oxygen to your muscles
one meal though? even with fruit and veggies in between, thats no more than what 1000 calories? maybe 1200? even if you sat on your ass all day and did no cardio that sounds absurd to me for a man to be eating :manny:

Like i said earlier, humans ate less on the regular in the past, ur just used to that good ol' comfy first world diet

People that only eat 2 meals or less graze all day. Snacks upon snacks upon snacks. I chocolate bar is called a FMCG, fast-moving consumer group.

Humans in the past literally ate less though. And they where shorter, skinnier and less healthy than us. Seeing 50 was a blessing. That's a crap example.

i started skipping breakfast, so i eat only twice a day....i try to get all my nutrients intake in a 8-10 hours window so that in the other 14-16 hours while asleep or in the morning the body burns fat.....the hodgetwins put me on this program....it is not too bad.....i do eat a banana and my protein shake in the morning, my lunch around 13h00 and dinner at 20h00-21h00
