are you doing alot of physical activity and expelling energy? eat throughout the day and keep hydrated. Think about what you are doing,and whgat you are putting in your body. if you eating three big meals and you sitting at a desk all day, then that aint good. big meals are energy. if you got an active day, have a big meal first, then gauge your activities to how much mor food you need.
A man must work to eat. If you are doing nothing, then you don't need to eat.

I eat 3 meals a day, I was worse before I started working out. Now I start with oatmeal breakfast, soup or sandwich for lunch, light snack midday, then a good size dinner, and try to avoid late night snacking. Looking at where I wanna be, I should be taking in 1800-2000 calories a day.
