are you doing alot of physical activity and expelling energy? eat throughout the day and keep hydrated. Think about what you are doing,and whgat you are putting in your body. if you eating three big meals and you sitting at a desk all day, then that aint good. big meals are energy. if you got an active day, have a big meal first, then gauge your activities to how much mor food you need.

A man must work to eat. If you are doing nothing, then you don't need to eat.

I normally eat 2 meals a day. Breakfast is a 3 egg wrap I make at home before work then dinner is normally chicken and veggies or some form of protein with veggies. I keep my caloric intake between 1500-2000.

It's almost beach season brehs.

Eating three small meals and three small snacks is actually healthy that's how Oprah lost all her weight and people who work out a lot do that because you need energy to burn energy

Yes eating less slows metabolism but that's a bad thing you age faster and die quicker just like a obese person.
When you see a person look still look good in their forties and fifties it's because they work out regularly and eat properly.
Your body needs a certain amount of nutrition and to be regularly worked out to flourish properly.

I eat 3 meals a day, I was worse before I started working out. Now I start with oatmeal breakfast, soup or sandwich for lunch, light snack midday, then a good size dinner, and try to avoid late night snacking. Looking at where I wanna be, I should be taking in 1800-2000 calories a day.

breakfast smoothies are the way to go!!! fills you up but doesnt make you feel sleepy in the morning hours like solid foods...then a light lunch and heavy dinner...fit at least 1 hour in a day (or more) for a serious workout and frequent trips to the raw juice bar and you good...

The idea that it must be okay to eat one meal a day because people were forced to live off of that in the past is asinine. Your body needs food for energy and nutrients and all that stuff.

I eat three meals and have a post-workout shake sometimes on days I workout (I workout 5-6 days a week). I'm cutting my calorie intake back to lose the fat but still lifting heavy to maintain the strength. My calorie intake on a daily basis is about 1600, which is about 500 less than what a normal human man should consume to maintain their weight, but I still get hungry throughout the day.

But again, eating one meal a day is doing the shyt backwards. Your body will react negatively from being so malnourished.
