You can go to civil court but the defense lawyer gone get your alcoholic level abs use it against you. Then iyes club staff word against yours even with video because they always ask what led up to your injury

My bad, I meant strictly from the Bouncers POV. That's gotta suck trying to take the Staff to Civil court though.

Stupid question, say something bad happens and you get fukked up and end up in the hospital. Is the club owner responsible for covering your medical bills?

I'm not a club person at all,but just from hearing stories and seeing videos of Bouncers vs GP, I can guess the ER visits are a reality

Stay safe :salute:
Unfortunately nah unless you have insurance thru the security company you working with.

I think being around large groups of humans, especially when drinking is involved, is the dumbest thing you could do. I never understood the appeal of being trapped in a venue in a sea full of idiots
I don't get it either. Its the lure for the lifestyle plus social media hypes it up. The spot I'm describing is this type element. Hoodies and durags

Them Lo Lifes...
The few times I've been to, their wasn't any issue, always felt safe. Going to spots with cover charges usually keeps the bummy ass people away :manny:
People go to the club to have a good time and some people go to the club thinking they the shyt.

There's a reason why there's a dress code nowdays.

The last time I went to a spot like that was this huge club in DC that attracts young good types. I was only there because Nas was a guest and was performing.

They were holding the lines and then made us take off our shoes in the middle of January. It was then I swore to myself I would never go to that kind of spot in my life.
:russ: I was at a spot in BK and the bouncer put the metal detector under our sneaker.
My man had to legit ask him “what the fukk happened in here:russ:

In the Silver Lining
Was back in Eastern NC for the holidays. I saw on FB people going to new spot had opened up on a main highway in a small town, but seems like it was the new spot.

I must have been lazy as fuuck or stuffed with food that I couldn't think, because I looked up the club name on Google maps, but no location came up...so I just gave up looking. :mjlol: I could have gone to facebook page and found the exact address.

So the next night I was at a restaurant/bar and folks were talking about going to that same spot. How about somebody at a different section overheard conversation and said there was a shooting inside the same new club last night..:dwillhuh:

Power of Ogun said stay home and chill. Won't Ogun Do It :ohlawd:

Tunnel in NY did this. You had to take off your shoes, open your mouth and lift your tongue before you get in

Never felt safe in clubs or bars mostly because of what I used to hear and see on the news and other people as a kid. I used to think that it was the norm for clubs to have metal detectors. :dead: that shyt ain't normal. fukk having to be being paranoid. I dont club.
