Does wearing a hoodie and sweat pants count as fresh?

Look good feel good feel good play good :yeshrug:

When I used to hoop I worked out in hoop clothes. Baggy shorts, loose tee, hoop kicks, etc. Looking back….yuck. It wasn’t accentuating my gains. :hhh:

I dress for bytches now. Bc you never know….Tank top or snug graphic tee, low tops only, tight shorts pause :bryan: I dress like a baddie :unimpressed:

My physique will speak volumes over any type of fit I wear. So nah.

Muscle shirt/Tank and some shorts are usual attire.

:myman:

I take a shower and put deodorant on so yea.

i wear metcons. Those have been my training shoes for years and generally a Nike tank and shorts. It’s for performance, comfort and moisture wicking. That’s it

Nope, clean basic T-shirt. track bottoms or shorts, I'm here to work out, not be a walking billboard for Nike, Adidas, Gym Shark etc etc

At the bolded part - Me too. I just wear an old T-shirt, a simple pair of jogging bottoms and I'm good to go.

just the first athletic clothes i can grab after i roll out of bed

I wear clothes that I’m close to using them as rags to wash my car.

fukk spending $100s just to look cute while you sweat. Leave that to the bytches who are baiting fools to their OFs.

No. Ripped paints, black t.

If you go to the gym to impress bytches then I'd understand dressing fly.

ive been in higher end gyms that are moreso social clubs where the environment pretty much goads you into taking your time winding down and grooming yourself... even chilling around afterwards on occasion

it depends on where you at. a rinky dink gym chain, nall
Basically.

I'm at Lifetime right now and I got my routine.

Little steam or soak in the whirlpool...maybe get the Normatech if I did legs that day.

It's nice :obama:

I make sure my hygiene is on point, got deodorant and body spray specifically for the gym. As far as the outfits it's not about exactly wowing the crowd since I don't notice anything anyway, but moreso depends on what I'm doing that day.

If it's back day I got the zip hoodie, shorts on leg day, and regular hoodie on the other days
