3 of my siblings have no kids, as well as many of my aunts and uncles have no kids. And we're doing great

Having kids doesn't guarantee that they'll take care of you when you get older. Most people won't even actually need care from someone else when they're older

I'm going to be real if I didn't meet the love of my life I'll probably would still be single I really got a good woman Of course she has her flaws We all do no one is perfect but I wouldn't trade her or my family for the world
But I believe there is a small percentage of good women 40 and under especially in the black community so I understand why more brehs are either dating out or are done with dating

I think my time in the military made me lose any desire for marriage. I've seen too many ugly divorces and know too many people stuck in unhappy marriages. For every happily married couple I know, there are four others who are just together out of convenience or for the sake of the kids. One of my co-workers is going through a rough patch with his wife, yet he was trying to convince me to get married.

Honestly, it feels like he just wants me to be as miserable as he is.

People that dont want kids shouldnt have them. Its not complicated. Having them just to have somebody to take care of your old ass is stupid. Plenty of folks with kids in nursing homes or worse. We know half of couples divorce and its been that way for decades.

I wanted a family, so I got one. If I didnt want this I would be miserable.
