Like you, I don't think that the two are exclusive. I believe both blackness/afrocentrism and manhood/masculinity are societal constructs. They are spectrums if you will. I believe being black and being male are biological. We are born black and have to come into blackness. We are born male and have to come into our manhood. While I do think they come into conflict in certain instances "gender wars", they should never be placed before one another.

Your post doesn't make sense at all. "People" means both sexes. A fraternity is for men only. The Divine 9 exist for a reason, and they're part of black history.
