Do you really believe that Black people are only 13% of the population?

While I don't believe the numbers, how can they be accurate? They can't even count votes accurately and this shyt is based off of whatever a person says.

I can't really dispute it because I'm not goin out to all white areas but I haven't seen any all white areas either in my life. Usually there a c00n or two with a Chucky cheese smile who thinks they made it around even when it's the nice suburbs

There's a margin of error but it's relative because of our laxed enforcement of immigration.

Idk about a conspiracy but I wouldn't put it past them. I do think people in this thread are underestimating the birthrates and immigration of Latinos and Asians with this percentage.

Without those two groups we'd be at 21% even with the current census information.

I believe the number is higher, especially when you include the prison popuation,Afro latinos and interracial black people.

It was 12.9 in 2000
and 13.6 in 2010 (and increasing)

Chris Rock used to have a joke that black people are New York, DC, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta...like 10 places.
And while that's a bit of hyperbole, there's a hint of truth there.

This idea that the census is being deliberately manipulated is one of the lamest conspiracy theories ever.
Funny how the black population is decreasing fast in most of those places. White folkes even creeping in to Atlanta :ohhh:

In the Silver Lining
4 Things

1) You are allowed to identify yourself on the census...I think it says something like Non-Hispanic Black, then covers more details like African, African American, etc. If you tally in the confusing Afro Latino poulation is a handful millions to add.

2) Since 1973 there have been somewhere around 17 million black abortions. That's 2 generations worth of people that would have produced potentially twice to triple those aborted numbers. After subtracting out black deaths from that group and offspring since 1973, you're talking hypothetically an additional 20-25 million people that could part of the current 47 million

3) Don't disregard the waves of immigrants that came from Europe in in 1910s and 1920s. 10s of millions came through Ellis Island. Their offspring and grandkids intermingled a lot, until Roe vs Wade (1973) also begin to eat at their numbers.

4) Arabs are thrown in the white category. Hispanics/Latinos are changing again the definition of "white"

Also keep in mind that that the overall population has been booming for decades now. The overall world population is growing by a billion every 12 years. The US is growing fast as well. You might see more black people around, but that's partially because there's just more people around period. So I can't really buy this conspiracy
