Do you really believe that Black people are only 13% of the population?

You have to remember there are a lot of fly over counties in middle America that are like 90% white or more.
This. Those little 2 million here, 3 million there add up. The Western U.S. is 75 million people and is only like 5% black. The Midwest isn't fly over states but that's 65 million people who are 85% white.

But at the same time, with mixed people taken into account, and if groups like Afro-Latins identified as such, I wouldn't be surprised if our number was 20%.
Who in here actually ever filled out a Census tho
I remember waiting for this in 2010 like "when these nikkas in suits coming"? :jbhmm:

And there are plenty of black country towns and suburbs. How many of you drove through some of these towns? Driving through towns in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, etc., I was surprised at how black some of these towns are!

Those places that are all white have low populations though. Be a town of like 323.

So there may not be many black people in Montana, but the entire population of that state may not equal a few black hoods.

census data is inaccurate when it comes to people of lower socioeconomic status. first of all a lot of census takers simply won't enter these neighborhoods. people are also less likely to respond to the mail ones. it could also be people blatantly lying on the mail in forms. so if a lot of people in poverty aren't getting counted then it's probably safe to assume the numbers are somewhat fukked.

this is why illegal immigration numbers are kind of fukked too. again it's not as bad as people assume, but a far better estimate is to take mexico's population. subtract the reported deaths deaths add the births and then look at the change. the unaccounted for missing people are likely in the united states. that's after you account for the standard error in population statistics.

i'd still say the numbers are about as close to perfect as you can really get when you're using human surveys. there's always going to be error, but i don't think it's a deliberate conspiracy. not that i wouldn't put it past the country to pull some shyt like that. :yeshrug:

i live on the west coast and i'd say outside of major cities and a few areas there are a lot of places that are probably like 90% asian/hispanic/white.

Yeah but there's a shyt ton of white people outside of the major cities tho. Most of us live in cities where there are a decent amount of black ppl in your presence. Rural and suburban America is a sea of white.

Yeah, I've driven through alot of midwestern states without seeing a black person. Weird.....

It was 12.9 in 2000
and 13.6 in 2010 (and increasing)

Chris Rock used to have a joke that black people are New York, DC, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta...like 10 places.
And while that's a bit of hyperbole, there's a hint of truth there.

This idea that the census is being deliberately manipulated is one of the lamest conspiracy theories ever.
Nothing "lame" about simply asking questions.

The moment you take everything you're told immediately as truth is the minute you become a fool.

Well... this is all based on the consensus which obviously is not credible of accurate so the real numbers are unknown. I do think that the idea of saying that there's only 13 perfect of black people is the government pulling some psychological bullshyt. Trying to make those that aren't white really feel like the minority or that they are powerless. It's the oldest trick in the book. The government already are going after the Hispanics with the whole illegal immigration shyt because they don't want anybody but white people dominate. They also want us to believe that white people are the majority in the world too which is why that white supremacy mentality is heavy in countries that have a huge nonwhite population. shyt is beyond disgusting. It's really white supremacy at work and the us government and other governments as well as these businesses pretty much are all for it.

This is the correct answer. The reason the percentages don't drastically jump is because every other population in the US is growing too, and we have constant immigration.
It's like most of you guys have absolutely no idea that percentage of population, and population number are two different things.
Just because you saw 10 Black people in a city you didn't expect, doesn't mean that the census is a lie.

By nothern do you mean mountain states or the north east?

And to be fair, if you are talking about mountain states, alot of those have small ass populations. States like Wyoming and North Dakota have less than a million people total.

I just think that 12% is too low since not only are black people everywhere, but we're the only race(other than cacs) that have been in America since its inception.
Native Americans? Mexicans?
There are 300,000,000 US Americans. There are like 39,000,000 Black peoples. Of course you see us everywhere, we're here in the millions.

somebody trying to shut this argument down could say black people in america are heavily concentrated in major cities. you wouldnt know it through media but cleveland is actually 51% black. and there's multiple majority black suburbs surrounding it:yeshrug:

I dont know I think were more then 40 million sonething strong like reported though.
You would know it through the media :dwillhuh:
Every time Cleveland is on the news, outside of sports, it's Black people everywhere.
And Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, Maple and East Cleveland don't have large populations.

He is right you know. Abortion as it stands is not a problem in the black community. In itself abortion is neither good nor bad, you have to look at the context. I know that "more black children are aborted than are born" sounds terrible and some folks equate it to genocide, but that's outright idiocy; the alternative would come at a much higher cost. Poverty rates continue to be quite high for black folks (about 25%), especially for black children at around 40% - that's right, almost half of black children are poor, compared to only 10% of white and asian children. Black communities have no viable infrastructure, be it hard or soft infrastructure, to support these kids you wish to save from abortion. Are you going to support them yourself? Can you provide them with the necessary financial security, education, healthcare, etc? Shall we raise your taxes to cover this? The Black family structure continues to erode, upwards of 70% of black children are born out of wedlock and suffer the greatest probability of not having a father present in their life; the impact of this is huge, it basically sets the kids for fail because they're tremendously disadvantaged from the go.

These women abort largely because they know they don't have the means to support a kid (if only they had the foresight to close their legs altogether, but that's another bridge). Not doing so would only worsen the situation. Those savages on the 3hunna c00n block were kids once: that's the result. Crime would go through the roof and what would especially increase is black on black crime. Sadly, saving those kids from abortion would only increase the number of sociopaths, prison inmates, and poor people in the black community. If you want to save them, first you must create the necessary support systems.
All of this, but dumb nikkas in is thread are going to ignore this post.

Do you really believe in the 13% stat that's used to shut us down whenever we demand change?

I think this 13% stat is a lie. It never changes. It never seems to budge. Every census it's the same thing. Odd as hell.

It doesn't matter where I go in this country there's Black people. Even in white towns you'll see a good chunk of the women walking around with mixed babies.

I'm just wondering if anyone else is suspicious of that 13% permanent minority nonsense.
Chris Rock said it best. Yes there's black people in most cities and towns

Then you remember that there are 50 states. Like Alaska, Wyoming, Idaho, North Dakota and 30 more states you can't remember

Then dive deeper cause those states might have 1-2 cities. Start hitting that farm land. Those small towns you pass while you drive on the highway. That old deliverance town in the woods

That's where you'll find the no black people towns. I used to work in moorefield West Virginia. It was me. And another black guy. And that's all I ever saw in 90 days of working there. And trust. The klan and racism was heavy out there
