Every time Cleveland is on the news, outside of sports, it's Black people everywhere.
And Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, Maple and East Cleveland don't have large populations.

im talking nationally if they were doing news on cleveland you'd see white more often then not.

I think this 13% stat is a lie. It never changes. It never seems to budge. Every census it's the same thing. Odd as hell.

It doesn't matter where I go in this country there's Black people. Even in white towns you'll see a good chunk of the women walking around with mixed babies.

I'm just wondering if anyone else is suspicious of that 13% permanent minority nonsense.

It dropped to 12% with all the Mexicans flooding in.

Yeah, West Sider, but I go to school on the East Side (Case and JCU)
Like 1/5 of my high school was from Bedford or EC, so I can definitely see that.
A lot of nationalized events happen over here on the West Side and you know there are just chunks of almost all-White neighborhoods over here.
