Bulls Had A 1.8% Of Getting The Number One Pick

And They Got It

In A Draft Where The Popular Conciseness For Number One Was A Guy From Chicago

That's Some Luck lol

If the NBA wants more parity they have to remove the Lottery and give the worst team the best pick.

How are the bottom teams supposed to get better when they can't sign big FAs in their markets, and they don't have the top pick to rebuild on every year? It's ridiculous.

I know it's trying to stop tanking, but shyt, sometimes that's the best and only option for some of these franchises.

I would say make only the worse 3 teams get a shot at picks 1-3

So only have the lottery for 3 teams?

I think he's saying let the teams 4-14 have the lottery and have the worst 3 picks select according to their records

Get rid of the lottery at that point then. Teams would just tank even worse for that guaranteed top 3 pick.

If it's necessary it's necessary.

Theres times when i definitely felt it was rigged.

Knicks in 1985
91-93 the expansion teams getting it 3 years in a row. (Orlando 2x)
Bulls in 99 (self explanatory)
Cavs in 03 to keep the hometown hero home
Hornets last year for sure was rigged.

If the Kings would've got it this year (or if they win it next year) then you already know what the deal is.

I don't personally think tanking ever really helps unless you're getting a LeBron type player. When the Cavs tanked for Lebron it payed off in the end but it's rare that drafting lottery players is what brings a team up.

Usually the players you have already in place get taught how to lose and when that top pick comes in it just builds more losing habits.

Man, the Lottery is not fair. Point blank.

The teams that suck the worst need to get dibs on the best picks period. It needs to be like that even more in the NBA because nikkas aren't going to sign in some of these cities.

The difference between the worst team and the 8th worst team usually just comes to down to who tanked harder. In no way do I think the Pistons are in a greater position to win than the Bobcats are. They both need help.

In Dallas, From Cleveland
I don't think its rigged, as a Cavs fan I didn't even want them to have the 1st pick in this shytty ass draft... (I hope they trade it)

You really think the NBA would rig a Draft so that Cleveland can get the #1 pick :heh:

Theres a video on NBA.com where you can watch the actual lottery take place. Not rigged...move along now.

That could be some misdirection type shyt. With all the cutting and editing/movie magic/green screen shyt they have now, it's easy to pull off a magic trick
