Kobe had to make it out the west during the 2000s which was probably the most competitive conference in nba history (Spurs,Suns,Blazers,Kings) Kobe has beat more 50 win teams than any other legend not to mention he got 5 rings don't come for Kobe just appreciate both players greatness

You didn't answer my question. :jbhmm:

Did you not read any of the previous messages? Your narrative was already destroyed. Being a second fiddle and defeating a bunch if teams with 50-54 wins does NOT make you great.

nikkas still hyping that turn of the century west :mjlol:. If the conference was so competitive 2 teams wouldn't have won it 7 straight seasons. Those Blazers, Kings, Mavs (the Suns rose later and actually beat Kobe led teams twice) squads were all soft, mentally and or physically, and always folded. None of those teams (except the Spurs which managed to beat Shaq and Kobe twice) had a player as good as Shaq OR Kobe yet folks are determined to act like they were running through some gauntlet.

Wait why is the east a cake walk?

Remember this

Boston gonna beat lebron in Mia :francis:

Rose and noah beat them in the reg season :francis:

Pacers gonna get in lebron head with lance :francis:

Pacers got them this time bosh is hurt :francis:

Boston got them bosh is hurt :francis:

Hawks got 4 all stars it got to happen now :mjlol:

Love is gone kyrie is hurt he limping bulls going to the finals :russ:

Even last years pistons got drummond they can't match him and stanley not afraid of bron :troll:

Warriors fans said damn love gone kyrie is down all bron got is delly and lebron still put up monster numbers and had a 2-1 lead and truth be told bron still had more rebounds points asst and blocks in that finals :russ:

I kept hearing its a cake walk in the east but every team will beat him

is it ohhcie wally or one mic?:yeshrug:
People hyping up teams in the east vs Bron is DEFINITELY wishful thinking

Either that or they just don't know shyt about basketball.

So are you making a case that Duncan and Kobes path to the finals are even comparable to Lebron's

:duck:

Ya'all are still posting this old ass graphic. :snoop:

Random out-of-context TV graphics that became obsolete days after they were posted have to be Kobestan's favorite go-to move.

Lebron already done passed Bird and post-Shaq Kobe on that list, with Magic a season away. And the post-Shaq Kobe wins are weak as hell.

Lebron in 13 seasons:

53-win 2007 Pistons
56-win 2011 Celtics
62-win 2011 Bulls

52-win 2012 Pacers (pro-rated to finish 82-game season)
50-win 2012 Celtics (pro-rated)
58-win 2012 Thunder (pro-rated)
57-win 2013 Spurs
56-win 2014 Pacers

51-win 2015 Bulls
60-win 2015 Hawks
56-win 2016 Raptors
73-win 2016 Warriors

12 50-win teams, 8 55-win teams, 3 60-win teams, 1 70-win team

Kobe in 13 non-Shaq seasons:

50-win 2008 Nuggets
54-win 2008 Jazz
56-win 2008 Spurs (Ginobli hurt)
53-win 2009 Rockets (Yao and McGrady hurt)
54-win 2009 Nuggets
59-win 2009 Magic
50-win 2010 Thunder
53-win 2010 Jazz
54-win 2010 Suns
50-win 2010 Celtics

10 50-win teams, 2 55-win teams, 0 60-win teams, 0 70-win teams

:dahell:

Lebron beat the 73-win Warriors, the 62-win Bulls, the 60-win Hawks (without Love/Kyrie), the 58-win Thunder (pro-rated for shortened season), and the 58-win Spurs in the last six years. Kobe doesn't have ONE victory in his 12 years post-Shaq that's remotely as impressive as any of those.

You're talking about the Nuggets, Suns, Grizzlies, Sacramento, and Portland like they were historically epic teams to have to play? :mindblown:

The ONLY time post-Shaq Kobe had to overcome Duncan to advance, Ginobli (their leading scorer that year) got hurt and limped through the series. Other than that, Kobe didn't once beat a single WC team with more than 54 wins in the entire 12-year span after Shaq left. His post-Shaq competition either sucked, or it beat him.
So you just cut off half of Kobe's career :mjlol:

It's pretty comparable actually. How many of those teams are beating the C's or the pre injury Bulls? What separates those squads from the current Raptors or the George/Lance/Verticality Pacers?

People only hype those old west squads up out of nostalgia/Kobe riding. If someone 15 years from now tried to act like the Hawks, Raptors, post injury Bulls, flabby Nets were some unconquerable gauntlet you would hit them with the :comeon: and :camby: and rightfully so. This is no different...those squads had nothing for Kobe and Shaq no matter what their record was.
