My metabolism is super high. I hated being called skinny, you need to eat a sandwich, etc my whole life. Im older and been lifting for about 7 years now, i have my ideal physique. BUT if i take a break off lifting (which has happened in the past) it will all burn off.
i'm in my mid 40's and could wear the same clothes i wore when i was 18.
my metabolism has always been crazy high, still got abs and a V cut.
just started lifting again after taking 2 years off. i have a bench, dumbells, etc
in the apt. so i don't have to go to the gym. i do miss the gym though, so much
more choices for equipment.
the only way i gain weight is by lifting because it increases my apatite.
