A metabolism can’t be measured tho

Breakfast: 2 x Sausage, Egg, Cheese sandwiches on Hardrolls.

Lunch: 1 whole sub w/16 oz. root beer.

Dinner: Jerk Chicken, Rice, Cabbage, plantains, Coconut Water.

Right now, I'm finishing a whole Entenmann's Chocolate Iced Devil's Food cake.

This is a regular day. I wasn't really hungry. 5' 11", 160 lbs.​

I use to absolutely HATE IT when I was younger. Always being extremely skinny. When I was 21yrs old I was like 6'1 145-150lbs. Got tired of it around 26yrs started hitting weight drinking protein shakes got up to 180lbs by 28yrs old. But I had to work HARD as fukk to make those gains. Now at 40yrs I'm 170ish lean muscle comfortable but look extremely young and appreciate my genetics. While all those around me in my age group all fat and shyt asking me "what's my secret" and "I'm trynna get down to your size" lol.

Can you have a high metabolism with high cholesterol and f***** up blood sugar? yes so I don't know about all that superiority.

Based on your weight and physique you might think you're healthier than you really are

Biggest benefit of high metabolism for me gotta be staying lean while eating a bunch of calories.

I grew up as a picky eater. I'll only eat KFC and other foods that didn't trigger me. Couldn't drink milk due to my lactose intolerance -- now I can.

Gaining weight has always been a struggle. The short cut is eating high dense calorie foods along with drinking protein shakes with almond butter & fruits, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. Also eating protein before bed since it prolongs the duration of muscle (Protein Before Bed to Gain Muscle.)

This me right here. 5'11 165 and i ain't been round there since high school. Got a bad habit of turning up and forgetting to eat so that's prolly why tho. Think I'ma start modifying my extracurricular activities once i hit 30. Don't need my body crapping out on me

Breh, you ain't gotta do shyt to maintain your physique if your metabolism is like mine. I hit 30, expected to start getting heavier, nothing happened. I don't work out or none of that. I do walk a couple miles everyday because of work and I get restless after eating, though. That's it​

No. You're the descendent of people whose bodies were able to store fat since in the days when people had to hunt and forage for food, your next meal wasn't guaranteed. There were no fat people in the past because people were on the move for hours a day every day.

Yup i was just talking about changing how often and vicious my turnups be kuz i know that all that substance use without moderation and lack of sleep ain't what's up
