This me right here. 5'11 165 and i ain't been round there since high school. Got a bad habit of turning up and forgetting to eat so that's prolly why tho. Think I'ma start modifying my extracurricular activities once i hit 30. Don't need my body crapping out on meBreakfast: 2 x Sausage, Egg, Cheese sandwiches on Hardrolls.
Lunch: 1 whole sub w/16 oz. root beer.
Dinner: Jerk Chicken, Rice, Cabbage, plantains, Coconut Water.
Right now, I'm finishing a whole Entenmann's Chocolate Iced Devil's Food cake.
This is a regular day. I wasn't really hungry. 5' 11", 160 lbs.

Yup i was just talking about changing how often and vicious my turnups be kuz i know that all that substance use without moderation and lack of sleep ain't what's upBreh, you ain't gotta do shyt to maintain your physique if your metabolism is like mine. I hit 30, expected to start getting heavier, nothing happened. I don't work out or none of that. I do walk a couple miles everyday because of work and I get restless after eating, though. That's it
