I know the low-fi gutter shyt was what RZA was intentionally going for but wasn't it also true that he couldn't afford more expensive production equipment? like it was super low budget, whether THAT was intentional or not I'm not sure.

yeah rza didnt have alot of money, remember he had alot of things on his hands and not enough time, he was borrowing some stuff from people too

after 36 chambers when rza got his paper right he said he copped mad equipment, every electronic keyboard, every pad/key sequencers, loads of guitars and random shyt

rza is a technical scientist he loves to play around and learn his equipment

I love everything about "36 Chambers" but why posters are offended by this thread? OP wasn't disrespectful at all. Can't a young man have opinion anymore?
alot of worthless posts in this thread. quick to jump down his throat for asking a hiphop question on a hiphop website, imagine that. but much props to all who actually responded to the why by posting articles containing some info i wasnt aware of myself.:tu:

no... he had the best of the best of that current time... everytime a new beat machine dropped, he had it or one of his man's let him borrow theirs
