Good healthy diet- whole eggs, no gluten, rye, barley, wheat, spelt(so it means no bread, pizza, burgers, poutine, chips, Popeye's, pasta, fast food, ready to cook food in the microwave type jawns)¸


NO SUGAR! Them snickers, coca cola, throw these shyts in the bushes, High fructose corn syrup, processed sugar ages you faster than smoking.

If you want sugar, keep it simple and eat fruits. Dried dates, apples, bananas, grapes, etc.

Basically only veggies, fruits, eggs, green tea, kombucha or african bush tea, some lean meat(veal liver, turkey, chicken, lamb) sauerkraut(for good digestion and probiotics), water.

For cooking exclusively use extra virgin coconut oil and olive oil. Rest bushes, especially vegetable oil, that shyt cause inflammation



looseleaf gunpowder green tea with fresh squeezed lemon juice- 4-5 cups a day
pure filtered water all day
tight sleep 10pm-6pm most of the week
Tomato paste 1-2 cans a day (excellent against wrinkles, it contains lycophene)
If you have a masticating juicer like the omega 8006, google it), juice mostly leafy green veggies and other veggies, with some fruits added here and there. Great and it gives you a great looking skin, anti-age and anti-wrinkle.

Red wine would be ideal because it has reservatrol in it, a solid antioxidant/antiage.
Weed I dont know. A lot of the weedmen I met, were like 5-10 younger than their true age so maybe....

Fish oil
L-opti-zinc(most absorbable form of zinc)
magnesium glycinate(most absorbable form of magnesium)
vitamin d3
vitamin B complex
vitamin C


Getting in shape at the gym should not even be mentioned here, its one of the basics breh.

:mjlol:@ all this for looking young if you have :flabbynsick: genetics aint nothing helping you anyway so its best to shorten that list to gym water and no smoking :manny:

I know I been wanting to bone my daddy best friend since I was 8. Im in my early 20s and hes 63 and not much has changed :yeshrug:

But I dont know what that has to do with this thread
