Good healthy diet- whole eggs, no gluten, rye, barley, wheat, spelt(so it means no bread, pizza, burgers, poutine, chips, Popeye's, pasta, fast food, ready to cook food in the microwave type jawns)¸
NO SUGAR! Them snickers, coca cola, throw these shyts in the bushes, High fructose corn syrup, processed sugar ages you faster than smoking.
If you want sugar, keep it simple and eat fruits. Dried dates, apples, bananes, grapes, etc.
Basically only veggies, fruits, eggs, green tea, kombucha or african bush tea, some lean meat(veal liver, turkey, chicken, lamb) sauerkraut(for good digestion and probiotics), water.

pure filtered water all day
tight sleep 10pm-6pm most of the week
Tomato paste 1-2 cans a day (excellent against wrinkles, it contains lycophene)

genetics aint nothing helping you anyway so its best to shorten that list to gym water and no smoking
