Also I notice when traveling to other cities that tire shops aren’t as accessible as they are compare to NY. Tire shops all over the place you can limp your car for a few minutes and get to one easily

yeah breh i feel u. i only got .9 acres n i used to cut it but last year we got a landscaper for it. when it rains the grass be supergrowin n i need to be out there like every 5 days to cut, ontop of taking care of dryspots by adding soil or fertilizer and then going around te perimeter taking care of all the weeds in the hot ass sun, shyt was gettin to me. it was manageable at first but i been busier lately

Absolutely, the feeling of cleaning up should be enough motivation. Going out there at 8am and just knocking it out makes you feel alive. Getting done and looking at it like

Me personally? Unless you have a large yard, schedule an hour each week to maintain it yourself. The fresh air and sunlight is good for you.
