Hire professionals or do it yourself. Getting local guys or random people to do your yard is an invitation to get lined up.

Me personally? Unless you have a large yard, schedule an hour each week to maintain it yourself. The fresh air and sunlight is good for you.
An hour each week??? :mindblown:

I don’t know where y’all live but it ain’t Florida.

Above the fray.
mfers moving into a house and not taking care of they grass makes them a bytch a$$ nikka.

Whole block be fully manicured until a homeowner decides to rent to a project mfer.
Agree with this, except for the "project" part. Person is defined by their actions, not their residence.

But I've seen multiple examples of people who don't conform to the existing standards of a block/neighborhood and who eventually drag it down. MFers without the sense and decency to maintain their own home are worthless.

I just got back from the streets and the answer is no. It actually make you a boss. You supposed to have other nikkas clipping hedges and shyt while you use your day to smoke gas and make boss moves.

Taking care of your lawn is something men enjoy doing, it's not about money, it's like a hobby, even if you own acres, using the riding mower and cutting the grass is a good time to some people, it's different when it's your lawn, then somebody doing it for a business and has to cut multiple lawns during the day, also you can do it how you want to

Streets wanna know.

Out of curiosity, why would you care about what other people think of what you do with your money? If the coli brehs said it does make you a B.A.N does that mean you won’t do it?

No offense to you, but this habit that we have of worrying what others in our community think of the decisions we make for our lives has got to stop. This lack of self esteem is really holding us back.

Breh, do what makes you feel happy.

I wish I lived in my own house where I can pay someone to mow my lawn.

I said projects because of my experience with them. Im aware that its more than just them. But at then end of the day people really don't care who is cutting the grass, as long as it gets cut. Its funny how people like going to nice looking places, but don't want their living situation to look the same.

Not at all. It’s more to lawn care than just mowing the grass, well if you care about having a weed free, thick and healthy lawn.

Based more on the size and complexity of the landscaping than on region.

Educate me. If you have an average size lawn, no garden, no plants/shrubs...what would make it more than an hour's work per week?
I got a big ass corner lot. Gotta cut the grass front and back. Gotta pull weeds front and back and that’s a constant thing. Gotta put down weedkiller. Gotta do the edging and trimming the hedges. I just had to plant new grass pods…had to put down new topsoil, til the land, plant the pods and water them in.

It’s basically an all daytime job on the weekends in the spring/summer months.
