30 can be very stressful, even if you have laid a great foundation. You really get to think about your direction in life.

It help to not be swamped in debt and commitment (kids). You want to be flexible to make moves, relocate.

And finally, this. Women in their 30s are just as bad as ones in their 20s. I got set up on a blind date with a broad tonight who had 3 kids. And wanted a brotha who don't have ANY!!! Womens sense of reality becomes severely warped after say 35. DC, that shyts more like 28. Lotta chicks have reached their pinnacle professionally (or so they think), and they are desperate as shyt to close the loop and get married. I've been out with ones who seriously believe on date fukkin #1, if I don't see us being serious and it ending in marriage then we don't need to go further. One fukkin date yung!!!! And their standards are ones that not even the $6 million dollar man could live up to. Move overseas fam. Less hectic

Breh, no lie, I was paying 900 A MONTH in sallie mae loans. It's in deferment since I'm back in school. No private loans this time

I'm already starting to mentally prepare myself for my 30's. I plan on making that my best decade. My 20's were all about clubbing, starting my career, finishing school now I'm going to be traveling, purchasing and just really enjoying being an adult.

My biggest issue is my debt. I don't make enough to afford an apartment and my loans, so I stay at home right now. I'm getting ready to move this summer tho, hopefully find some roomates in DC or Fairfax VA.

If you do it right in your 20's, your 30's can be magnificent. Most of us fukk up in our 20's and spend our 30's fixing it and looking forward to our 40's because should have the shyt right by that time. The best advice I would give is to get out of debt as soon as you can and get to a point where you can save every month and not have to touch your savings.

If you've laid a good foundation for yourself then your 30's should be great. Start watching what you eat because it catches up to you a lot quicker.
