How is the bold true when white men account for 72% of corporate leadership? The higher ups are white men. The people making those decisions are white men.Women are able to succeed in corporate environments waaayyy more than men (well black women are able to succeed more than black men I should say….. because most of their bosses wanna fukk them, but when a black MAN appears on the scene m, that intimidation factor shows up. The higher ups welcome black women into the fold but wanna keep black men out…
In the court system… men get HIT the fukk up in both divorce court and family court…. Everyday…. A man could be a great father and get the very thing she hold dearest snatched Tom him, get unfair child support payments, and automatically lose the case if they are too late are miss the court date. I’ve literally seen women get a fresh/new court date after not showing up for trial.
Women get less punishment in court on average when it comes to any type of validation.
women are allowed to abuse men and society tells men to “suck it up” but a man can’t even VERBALLY abuse a woman, if he does, there are strangers ready to swoop in andfor the woman without even knowing the context of things

One of the biggest sticking points for the MRA community is the argument that the courts actively discriminate against men in custody disputes. While it's true that women more often get custody, it's far more complicated than a systematic bias that turns dads into the real victims of custody battles (as opposed to, you know, the children).
Most disputes* are settled out of court, meaning that custody placement does not rest in the hands of judges (most of whom are men, by the way). Just 4% of cases actually go to trial. And mothers often get custody in large part because, on average, they're still the primary caretakers of children. That's not bias, and it's not even necessarily a good thing. It's just a fact.
Oft-cited statistics that only 10-15% of fathers are granted sole custody are skewed because they include couples who have agreed to grant the mother custody or to joint custody. When men do seek primary physical custody in a disputed divorce, about 50% get it.
Family attorney Christopher Rao also points out in the Stranger that perceptions of anti-male bias are based on "selective fact-finding," and that the influence of "lazy lawyering" is also frequently excused or overlooked by MRAs.
Even if a court awards custody to a mother solely because she is a woman (as opposed to carefully considering the innumerable factors that determine a child's best interest), then such bias would be due to patriarchal gender roles that dictate men should be breadwinners and women should be caregivers. Not only did women not create these roles, they are precisely what feminists want to dismantle. (As one TIME reporter succinctly puts it, "Let's end the Mommy fetish.")

Respectfully noshade to OP, but I see a lotta people these days starting to evolve beyond these types of conversations. Each gender has its own biased takes on this stuff and refuse to see one another’s perspectives on it. So I think it’s just best to let it go. Just build with like-minded individuals and KIM. Ignore the restS I have several posts addressing issues like this in the past and these days I just can’t be bothered to connect the dots for people anymore. Real people who ain’t on the bullshyt will figure it out. Others will continue to live in this gender shyt for life and inadvertently remove themselves from the gene pool. Maybe that’s for the best.

It just seems like in 2022, women are given so many chances at whatever, rarely face accountability, you can’t judge them or correct them about anything, they wanna work, be treated equal to men only when it benefits them, but then want special treatment whenever favors, money or hard work is the topic….

There’s broads out here making well over six figures but still want a man to pay for nearly everything… a woman can put her hands on a man and it seems to be socially acceptable…. A woman can call a man broke, ugly, SHORT etc…. But the second you say a woman is overweight, shows her ass on IG too much, wears too much makeup/fake hair or gets unnecessary surgeries

Women thrive in corporate environments and are more adept at maneuvering in my personal opinion. When a woman is on her business and successfully they usually have certain traits that can be very aggressive. It's only so much a pretty face can get you. Your claim about family court is misleading.
Sentencing disparities are a real problem, but you're looking at it the wrong way. We shouldn't be looking for more harsh sentencing, but less for everybody, including and especially men.

A female will make the hard calls while men will try to be diplomatic and please too many parties. Talk to any woman manager or corporate level women. They all have this particular trait. Also the high power industries l, if she is in position of power, she usually doesn't take shyt
