Yes, society coddles men & women in different ways these days.

it tells men that they are equal to women, that being all overly emotionial is okay, that you don’t need to compete with other men/a participation trophy is enough

it tells women you can do no wrong, you have all the power but no responsibility/accountability, and creates this man hating/penis envy energy.

And as you can see how that’s working out for everyone.

Women thrive in corporate environments and are more adept at maneuvering in my personal opinion. When a woman is on her business and successfully they usually have certain traits that can be very aggressive. It's only so much a pretty face can get you. Women can be very devious and cold.

A female will make the hard calls while men will try to be diplomatic and please too many parties. Talk to any woman manager or corporate level women. They all have this particular trait. Also the high power industries l, if she is in position of power, she usually doesn't take shyt

Human resources has to be prob one if the worst departments to work in. That's why I feel like only gay men tend to work in those departments. Women are their own worst enemies.

Yeah man, I saw a nikka and a black woman having a disagreement at a bars couple weeks ago… I could tell that her and the man had just met that same day. The woman got COMPLETELY outta line with what she was telling this guy. She poked his chest a couple times and was swelling up on him…. Finally dude had had enough and he started to check her…. Maaannnnnn you shoulda seen how many random black men came from outta the wood work and started caring for the woman and telling dude to calm down and dead the shyt. First off, dude was trying his best to be patient with the chick for several minutes before he finally lost it and second, this chick was poking and touching him and saying some pretty disrespectful things…. And third, nikkas should have just minded their business and let them handle their own shyt… as long as he doesn’t punch/slap her, it’s whatever. But noooo, dudes (and the other women in the bar) automatically just put all blame on the guy and he was even asked to leave after that like WTF

Respectfully noshade to OP, but I see a lotta people these days starting to evolve beyond these types of conversations. Each gender has its own biased takes on this stuff and refuse to see one another’s perspectives on it. So I think it’s just best to let it go. Just build with like-minded individuals and KIM. Ignore the restS I have several posts addressing issues like this in the past and these days I just can’t be bothered to connect the dots for people anymore. Real people who ain’t on the bullshyt will figure it out. Others will continue to live in this gender shyt for life and inadvertently remove themselves from the gene pool. Maybe that’s for the best.

How am I eliminating myself from the gene pull when I already said I’m in a happy relationship with a woman whom is about to have my child soon and I I’ve had several great binds with women over the years…. I’m not saying I’m losing sleep over this topic BUT it needs to be addressed and continue to be because I’m the next few years as feminism grows, social media grows etc, it WILL get worse and eventually more and more men will feel the wrath…

It’s so disorderly and causes massive confusion. Now u have men becoming women and women are complaining, even though this is what they advocate for. Complete lawlessness and confusion.

yeah a lot of them have a “wanna have my cake and eat it too” complex… and it’s dangerous for our society… it’s literally one of the biggest contributors to the collapsing of the traditional family structure.

Not sure but if you pay attention..there's a huge push social media wise to credit black women above black men in a variety of matters..voting, etc. Odd. I see nothing but like sell out type of black women in the under 35 bracket. So that narrative is buck wild. Kim Kardashian has seemed more pro black men than a variety of black women who have a voice to the masses. Sad.
