Does the NBA have enough talent for 30 teams in this climate?

I would say that there is enough talent in the league for 30 teams, but to the media and the fans at large if you’re not competing for a championship you ain’t shyt so why try.

This has created the widespread tanking that you see throughout the league, selling hope to all these fanbases.

Paul George stayed in okc instead of going to la

Teams gotta make good impressions on their star players instead of trading assets or signing players to bad contracts like Noah, deng or mozgov. Orlando traded oladipo,an all star, for ibaka that's not the league's fault :pachaha: that's just a dumb trade

You ain't winning shyt with Oladipo.might as well just try to free up cap space. And hope to have enough money to attract multiple all stars at the same time.

I'm stupid for saying that 95% of the field in most sports the Olympics has no chance? :dahell:

You don't even understand how it works, do you? Prolly just watch the finals and think you've seen the whole thing. :mjlol:

Sacramento? 17,000+ fans attend every game, Bogdan, Fox, WCS, and Hield are all worth watching, Bagley could be a star. And you have Zach and Vince both on that team too.

Hell, Kings have been championship-relevant more recently than, say, New York or Portland. :francis:

And MEMPHIS??? You seriously said MEMPHIS? That city loves that team and they've been one of the most consistently interesting playoff teams this decade, with an upset or near-upset more often than not. And if you took away Memphis there wouldn't be a single NBA team between Indianapolis and New Orleans.

Yes, he is. Zaza got a nice touch as is a better defender, rebounder, and thug. Was the MVP of the WCF for the Warriors last year.

And who did I shyt on? Now if you ever compare two players to each other you're "shytting" on one of them? :what:
You didn't give me one reason why they should have the teams. Bringing up players like every sorry ass franchises haven't had potential good players all the time. :dead:
It's 4 teams in Cali, get rid of Sacramento.
Get rid of Memphis, NOLA,and Minny. Nobody would miss them.

If attendance, fan enthusiasm, players worth watching, and competitive performances aren't reasons to have a team, what is? :heh:

Stay mad with your emotional ass complaining about something that has no chance whatsoever of happening. :umad::camby:

I'm not mad I'm logical :heh:
Those teams aren't competitive, they don't move the needle, and nobody gives a shyt about them.keep lying to yourself and saying that the league and general fans would miss them if they were dumped cause they wouldn't. And Memphis has one of the smallest attendances in the league btw.

The Truth
Boston has 3

And a lot of those teams have potential all-stars or former (OKC has 3 if we consider Melo a former allstar).

Rockets should have 2 as well as the Blazers and Spurs

The only reason why some of those teams don’t have any is because of injuries and just not having enough space on an allstar team for them to be voted on but alot of those teams have perennial allstars.:.

Memphis had a small attendance this year because they were tanking. A couple years ago their attendance was fine, and it will be again.

To say they're not competitive is ridiculous - are you 4 years old? Until last year they had had seven straight playoff appearances, including 3 WCSF appearances and one WCF. They beat the Clippers, Spurs, Thunder, and Blazers in that time, took the Thunder to 7 two other times, took the Clippers to 7 another time and the Warriors and Spurs to 6 once each.

And their city loves them.

You're just spouting stuff at this point. :heh:

the NBAs ALWAYS been big bank take lil bank, with only a handful of teams that can legitimately contend.

:snoop: you're talking about making the playoffs like it's some accomplishment when 50% of the league makes it.
Memphis isn't worth shyt. The league has too many teams and you start looking at markets on where to cut and being in the playoffs means jack

Even before the Warriors exploited the cap, the NBA had too many guys that shouldn't have been in the Association. The league is in desperate need of a contraction or two.
I disagree. I think almost all the players in the NBA are good enough to be there (and should be there). I think the real question is whether there are enough star players to support a 30 team league.

All stars never meant anything when talking about how good a team is in terms of talent.

OKC has 3 all stars and a DPOY CA but haven't made the finals since they had Durant and Harden.

Since we are still complaint and crying about an injured Cousins on the Warriors let me ask you this. If Cousins signed with the Thunder for that money would you be crying like you are now?

The warriors have an offensive system that most teams can't claim. Everyone eats over there because everyone is involved.

A system will always beat talent. We saw the Celtics do that against most of the east with Kyrie and Hayward gone.

The post should be how many teams have a competent offensive scheme.

Theres more than enough talent, its not the NBA league offices job to make sure its dispersed evenly, they cant help that half the teams are runned by incompetent GMs and front offices....
