I haven't seen that many unforced fumbles in years. The fact that he couldn't speak confidently about himself is odd. How did he sell himself in the interview to get the job? This is head coaching position where you have to be a leader of men. I just wish he thought quicker and kept it short. He should have had his answer prepared. But that is going way off code for his position.

He has most likely passed, and fit in with white people, and feels extremely uncomfortable being put into a position where he has to identify as black. Most likely didn’t have black friends he wasn’t related to.
