I remember when GMA announced the Dolphins hiring a “Black” coach this week I had no clue who he was but once his picture was shown I was like and even the reporter knew he wasn't Black because he backtracked and referred to him as Biracial.

This is why tying every Biracial person to being Black can sometimes be/is problematic.

This guy has no Black in him at all.

Anybody calling him Black is an idiot.

He looks like a cac/spicy cac and likely has lived it on a day-to-day basis throughout his life.

When I first read they hired this guy after the brian flores suit, I immediately looked this guy up. First thing I thought was when I saw the quote and his face. Funny how widespread that reaction has been

Why are people mad? He doesn’t even look biracial and openly admits he’s never experienced racism, whereas his parents have experienced racism. Isn’t this what the Coli wants: someone who admits they have privilege and isn’t claiming blackness when convenient?
