I think Tory said he could rap better than rappers. Tory has quite a few "freestyles" on various platforms but his flows and lines are often stolen and one person who felt bitten was Don Q.

After the Joyner situation Tory pretty much called out all American rappers and for some reason all the ones dissing are New York ones...because that's what they do.

With Don Q it was a little more personal. When Mysonne dissed Joyner for Joyner's comments in reaction to Mysonne saying Tory won Mysonne warned Tory to humble himself. Tory just claimed to be the best rapper and even said Eminem could get it. Tory started talking shyt again after everyone made believe that Pusha T's tweet was about J Cole and that Middle child's shots at Ye had anything to do with Pusha.

To the defense of @Guvnor this version of beat samples different parts and isn't a 1:1 match to victory.

Even Papoose (both on his own song and one with Big lou) and Dipset were rapping over a slightly different beat.

Royce, Cormega, Banks, Pap (on a freestyle) DIRECTLY use the exact Victory beat.
