People are normally talking based on percentages.People don't really understand this aspect of it. The average person, both black and white assume the majority of poor people are black. At one time, this was the face of poverty:

In the 1960's the started changing the narrative from poor whites to poor blacks and now the face of poverty is this

This book goes through the history of when they started to make the change and the propaganda associated with it.

White people have more people in poverty only because there are more of them...but black people represent a higher percentage.
nikka, Poiter said he believes in personal responsibility and for the upper echelon blacks to reach back & help and you disagreed with that. So in essence you disagree with black community building, saying that it will make people lazy...again take that well deserved NEG
