@Intruder v3.0 i said that about hartline because all his guarenteed money is done after this season so cutting him will be easy and i see it happening

Landry has stepped up and like you said Matthews deserves more snaps. Hartline unfortunately isnt worth the money hes getting
Oh yeah Landry will definitely take his spot soon.

Wallace, Matthews and Landry are the main 3 WRs i thnk should be out workhorses.

For the record, I've been shytting on Hartline for YEARS now. White Dolphins fans overrate the f.uck out of him (and I say that being white).

His only positive trait is soft hands. That's it. He has no speed, no height, and no athleticism. The fact that Brian Hartline ever had a 1k yard season is evidence of how poor our other receiving options were that year.

I hear their D-Line is nothing to fukk with. And lord knows we dont do well in low scoring games against good D-Lines :lupe:
  • Jags
  • Chargers
  • Lions
If we can somehow find a way to take 2 of the next 3 going into out matchup vs the Bills, we'll be straight

I really thought that bears offense was gonna be like 1999 rams this year not sure why there not consistent
A lot of people blame Jay Cutler and im starting to agree.

Thing is i was always high on Cutler. I always liked his gun slinger mentality even tho people would always sh!t on dude. But now im starting to see the light now. He'll never be great.

  • What does Tannehill need to work on?
  • By Tom Carpenter | October 21, 2014 4:31:30 PM PDT

i

On Sunday, Ryan Tannehill had his first multi-touchdown, zero-interception game of the season, as he completed 25 of 32 pass attempts for 277 yards. TheMiami Dolphins ended up beating the Chicago Bears 27-14, pushing them to 3-3 on the season.

Despite that promising outing by Tannehill, there are some stats that suggest he still has a lot to work on.

Per Omar Kelly of the Sun-Sentinel, "Ryan Tannehill's 87.8 passer rating presently has him ranked the 25th best starting QB in the NFL.

"Tannehill is ranked 30th among his peers when it comes to 4th quarter performance. 52.2% completion, 1 TD, 1 INT = 68.3 passer rating" and is " ranked 24th in the league when it comes to third down efficiency among QBs. 54.5% completion, 74.8 passer rating."

It's no secret that performing well on third downs and in the fourth quarter are prerequisites for being a quality and successful NFL quarterback. He'll have to work on improving those elements if he is going to lead the Fins to a turnaround this season.

In the meantime, Tannehill is settling in as a decent fantasy quarterback and has a nice Week 8 matchup:

Long-term pickups for Week 8"The Dolphins' offense is really coming around. The offensive line is vastly improved from a year ago and is beginning to jell. They have started to really grasp Bill Lazor's new offense, and that goes double for Tannehill, who has been excellent since Week 4. A former college wide receiver, Tannehill's running skills are being utilized by Lazor in this zone-read attack. The fantasy results are superb, and could continue to improve. Tannehill is much more comfortable, and spread the ball around very well in the Dolphins' impressive win in Chicago, as eight different players caught at least two passes. Consider starting Tannehill at Jacksonville next week."

Tannehill is serviceable for now since we have more pressing needs but we'll eventually need a franchise QB to replace him.

I hear their D-Line is nothing to fukk with.

And indeed it wasn't.

Tannehill was sacked twice in the first Q. Offense had an extremely lackluster performance and missed two red-zone opportunities to ice the game.

The difference in this game was 14 points -- exactly the number of points our defense put up. If Bortles doesn't have two awful turnovers, this is anyone's game.

We're looking mad, MAD shaky going into this Chargers game. I hope we play up to the level of our opponents.

didnt catch this one, seemed ugly as hell. gonna have to establish the run and win TOP to keep Rivers off the field. they are slow @ OT Wake and Vernon should get tons of pressure
