I don't see the issue. I love the idea of platonic relationships between men and women. It needs to be understood that a man and a woman can be friends and appreciate one another without it being about sex. More importantly, women need to know that they can be appreciated for more than what they can offer sexually. Friendship dates--what an awesome concept!!
