Yeah, I'm amazed that it is being ignored that even crooked cops pick and choose who they go after so their minds are not made up at the beginning of every stop.During the interrogations of the Baltimore Gun Trace Task Force serveral officers admitted that they wouldn't prolong stops with Black people that they thought were educated, middle class or acknowledged their rights. They were extremely corrupt, stole money, planted guns and drugs and literally said out of their own mouths that they avoid people who defended themselves and preyed on people who were poor, uneducated and emotional.
Pathetic. Can tell you never been profiled before.1. Do you know how fast you were going?
- no, I don't.
2. Can we search your car?
- yes
3. Where are you coming from?
- I'll tell them wherever I'm coming from
4. Do you know why I pulled you over?
- no, I don't.

Marijuana is legal in many states and police officers are being told/trained that they can no longer use the “I smell weed” as an excuse to search someone’s car. Easy, winnable lawsuit for whoever they pullover and they know that now.If the cop intends to plant drugs on you, they can easily say "I smell marijuana" which is probable cause for a search. From there they can plant the drugs.
but hey, I'll leave to yall to hold court on the shoulders of highways with white people.

No its not, See the above video"it's not coming from my car because there's no marijuana in here" but it really doesn't matter what I say at that point because him saying that is a basically a cheat code for a probable cause search.
