I ALSO DON'T ALLOW THE OFFICER TO MODIFY MY TICKETS. GIVE ME THE TICKET YOU PULLED ME OVER FOR. WE'LL DEAL WITH THAT IN COURT.

I'm not backing off on my position, I'm speaking to how he handled himself. I would have consented to the search.

Ok, then don't run around trying to tell people to do what you are apt to do. Remember, you were not just pointing out what you would do in the situation, you were trying to dissuade anyone from not accepting the search. You argued up and down this thread against that.

Pig thought he had one, this happened to me when I was 21 on a public bus after a robbery at cvs, they searched and questioned me and another Black dude on the bus in front of everyone. This was in Portland too, not nyc.
