He’s the one who started roasting Jamie first- he put that energy out there himself. If you look at Jamie’s reaction, Jamie was like wtf. Then instead of being on his toes with a comeback - Doug let his emotion outride the comedy. How did Doug get up there as a newcomer and think he can roast a comedian heavy in the game that could possibly help out your career or look out, in front of a roomful of other comedians that support Jamie. 20 yrs later, he’s still mad - he just needs someone to blame. Bottom line, dude wasnt that funny before Jamie started going in on him - he was bombing. Comedy wasnt his calling if someone could end your “career” before it starts.
