It's been 10 years and 3 since he bought these buildings. He owes over 100k in taxes and theres no running water or hvac. This will never open

Sad to say but this school will never happen with Cashapp and Paypal donations. The fact he says he wont accept state funding means this alleged goal is 99.3% impossible

1. No HVAC, back taxes, major repairs

2. Does he plan on paying the teachers, staff, etc with Cashapp and Paypal donations?

A couple years ago I pulled his permit info online to see what was going on. All of this is public record in Delaware….

I haven’t checked since then but IF he’s making moves on his fire alarm, sprinkler and hvac he could potentially open this thing early next year. Those permits are public record…
