Based on the video the school is going to be for grades 2, 3, and 4 which is a good idea to start.
Very easy to find teachers in DE who are licensed for those grade levels.
Idk if it’s a scam nor not but it looks on par with inner city public schools.

Even if the school was going to happen most Black people want their children being brainwashed by cacs not properly educated by other Black people.
That is they don't want all Black schools because they had them since the 1870's and they instead rejected them and chose to hand their own children over to their racial tormentor so they could be brainwashed and ruined during 1950's and 1960's.
And I said it before and I'll say it again, you couldn't pay Jewish people enough to get them to march their kids into a Nazi run school. But Black people did just that with cac run shools.
