First listen I felt the same way . But now it really grew on me
I give it a 4/5 I really like Tuscan leather , too much , the language , furthest thing , come thru , own it ,connect . The singles are the singles . He kept his singing down this album ( for the haters I guess ) and sonically he turned out a smoother darker album ... But to me it lacks the innovation of his last 2 albums though because I knew everyone was going to copy drakes outside a club speakers booming type beats this has too much of a Houstonish sound

Let me get it out the way, it's not top, prime beef hip hop. He ain't spittin straight bars, nor making the struggle of the street sound poetic. It doesn't challenge me.Those are my negatives.
But this shyt sounds GOOD
It's the type of shyt that you can just groove to when blazing. The type of shyt you play before going out to the club. The type of shyt you put on when you're going to see your shorty. I don't think it's a bad song on it. And sonically the shyt is pure, those beats 
I'm won't knock him for not being the type of mc I most respect, a street poet. That's not him. But what he does, he does well.
