Theres a bevy of legal strategies out there designed merely to just signal an unwillingness to permit certain things to go unchallenged or unchecked.

The case was and will be dismissed. Thats not even a “loss”. It’s more of a “DQ”. Remember, theres three outcomes: Win, Loss, N/A. He’s getting an N/A and fighting to a stalemate that he can defend and say he put up a fight against a serious narrative.

Heres a counter point: If Drake was being called name and corny, he could tolerate that. Theres some things that go into a territory you can’t just “disappear” on.

This is why I think he knew he wouldn’t win the suit but he’s willing to at least show that he’s not letting any sentiment to remain unchallenged.
