Toyota, Scion and Lexus are all made by the same company, all at the bottom of the list.. Lexus cost more to manufacture

Honda makes Acura, why are they opposite ends of the spectrum and its the same set up as Lexus/Toyota?

Having owned a honda civic and an acura integra at the same time...I can tell you that parts for the Acura are about 3-4x more expensive than the honda. I could go to the junkyard and find parts for the civic all day but not for the integra.
Subsequently, the integra got sold.
Still rockin with the civic...and costs me close to nothing to drive.

I love Honda's

And its gotten to the point where there's only really two classes of cars imo

if you arent driving full out luxury, the rest are all in one comparable class of appearance and amenities...so Honda is is for me

Toronto/ Jersey / ATL / LA / Panoramic Roofs
This is the coli though.....

Everyone drives Bimmer, Benz, or Audi's

not everyone is broke or living on a budget...the bimmer owner thread in the showroom is like 20 pages and no one seems to have anything older than a 2010 in there. :ld::yeshrug:

same thing with the audi thread...nothing but new cars:francis:

Lexuses aren’t really high end luxury (I barely consider them luxury) tho unless it’s a really higher end one like the one in the photo. Hope y’all realize that :snoop:

Lexus is like that step-up ride when you're not quite ready for the Germans but don't wanna ride in the Toyota Tercel anymore. German cars drive the best but they're too fickle to be used as a daily driver....especially if you're putting serious miles on that work commute.

I wonder why I don't see more brehs in Corvettes. It's like the Lexus of sports cars but actually performs at a fairly high level considering the price point of it's competition.

Well said ... and I dunno. I’ve seen some older black men in Vettes more so than younger. Vette might wanna think about its branding.

Bleek was probably like 20 when he named checked Vettes on “Coming of Age” and that is one of the earliest references I heard. Future , K dot, BigBoi, Currensy have all name checked since ... if negroes take their cues from rap lyric product placement, then they’ve had a few suggestions ... I dunno man :manny:
