The fact that it says "you will be recorded in the window" and the fact that there are no injuries or threats means the idiot has no case.

I drive Lyft and Uber on some part time hustle shyt & never had this problem . Ortiz was fired for his job at City MD. If you look at his friends in the video, you also see that they were beginning to realize that the negative repercussions would fall on them, rather than on the driver-- who has the right to ask anyone to leave his car if they're being disruptive.

Dude in the car played it right. Better to just take 20 minutes from a nuisance than deal with medical bills and getting fired from Lyft/Uber. They reinstated him following the brief investigation.
