This is actually something that's common?im in louisiana....i see this every damn day
edit: although i do ride my bike with buds in![]()
As a safety inspector you need to stop doing this.so earbuds are dangerous
but the law is to use a hands free device while driving
and how distracting is having your music blasting on max
or talking and driving
or texting and driving

where they do that ?
explain why... i see zero explainations of why it's dangerous to have two earbuds in... you don't even know if they are talking or listening to music.. nor do you know what level of volume it's on to assume it's too loudIt's not distracting at all and neither is talking....having earphones on is very distracting and only a slime ball would do it.

and yes.. i do this... because i hate bluetooth in my ear.. to me it's an extra step. i either gotta walk around with it constantly on my ear and i definitely hate that.. or the phone rings, i have to pick it up to see who it is, then grab the bluetooth and go through the whole process of putting it on and talking
just seems my earbud works better, i hear better and they hear me better
now i will say.. if i had that automatic blue tooth thing over my speakers, i'd definitely say that would be best
not much different than walking with them on really
