I deleted all my dating apps and social media. I could never give up the Coli or Google Maps or access to serious websites on the fly (bank, email, bill pay) so I can't do the dumb phone.. but I generally am on this same type time

I have a bunch of Samsung feature phones. I use them for phone verification on different platforms. I can get a new number using a special code and I can get anywhere from 3 to 10 verification per number per platform before the platform rejects. The 10 to 25 cents per verification I sell adds up.

It’s actually not. Not in the literal sense. They have teams of people getting paid millions to tap into the human brain and what your stimulae are…and we have other things to do so we don’t have the time to actively combat all these things.

Also they have the biggest advantage ever, especially for gen z and younger, bc that age group has never NOT lived on their phone. So they can access you directly. In your home.

Anyway…yea, it’s a little more complicated than ‘it’s just self control’

I don’t even be on my phone like that personally. Just a couple phone calls, texts and check Facebook Messenger every week or so. Occasionally might connect it to my tv so I can watch a streaming app, but that’s it
