Dumb ass video in the OP. Youtuber just making content doesn't matter what it is. You have to be pretty stupid to think anybody going to give up the web or smartphones. Most of us have to have internet access at work. Sometimes I might even have to go onto Facebook to investigate someone.
Its not for the majority. Its mainly for folks such as myself who want to just cut back on the bullshyt that comes with smart phones. shyt seems more of a headache to keep going the rat race with the constant updates, upgrades, firmware, software firmware, ads, intrusion, bloatware, and etc. Maybe folks just want a phone to do the most basic of shyt like how it used to be:
- Talking
- Texting
- Music
- Maps
It seems impossible to have such things with the bullshyt that comes with a smartphone, along with dealing with the fatigue of what smartphones done to the modern age of folks. When I got rid of my smartphone (hard times), I realized that I was never a smart phone person from the start. I just was chasing the same high as the general public. Once I realize that dumb phones were still a thing (sadly Best Buy delayed my order and I had to cancel my dumb ass phone), I had to jump on that shyt. As a marsupial who would rather keep the technology in one place and not on my ass, dumb phones supports my fancy and helps go back to the basics.
Eventually we all will at some point of our lives, but for not this shyt is plain niche and for the minimalists gang.
