We'll be better off next season with him. Jimmy and the young players will be better off with him. Our coach will be better off with him. Fans will be better off with him. Our front office having him at the table next offseason will be better off with him trying to recruit.
I'm trying to see the negative of having Wade over Dunleavy/Calderon and all you can say is 'your not winning a title next season'

This years most coveted Free Agent went to GS. Who was left to recruit? He couldn't get his BFF to stay in Miami. he couldn't get fellow "brotherhood" member Melo to come to Miami. Who was he going to recruit? Lance Stephenson?

Other than name recognition and merchandising Wade makes no difference to Chicago. If that aspect makes you happy, so be it.
He makes the team better
He makes our young players (and Jimmy) better
He gives some respect back to a franchise that was desperately needing it and gives us a better chance getting other players here in the future

This team surged to 3 seed when Bosh got hurt.
Tragic can't play with 2 big men and Whiteside can't play with Bosh.
Deng at the 4 was this team at its best.
While I know Wade wont bounce back to All NBA first team level I expect him to play with a chip on his shoulder and with something to prove. I can see him getting back to the 20 5 and 5 level again especially with Rondo getting him easy buckets. The key is not getting enamored with his play early in the season and putting to much on him. His minutes should be kept in the 30-32 minute range which I think will be pretty easy with Jimmy being able to play the 2 and 3 spots. The Bulls aren't a title team but with one more move or two for a shooter they will at least be a tough out for anyone in the NBA.
