AD made the top 75 over him

Current day AD

Who won a title with Dwight off the bench

:unimpressed:
Breh I still said he should have made it :russ:

And yeah, AD's case isn't that strong. I great playoff run as a 1B. Didn't really carry teams the way Jokic did. And once big man competition increased (Jokic, Embiid, and Giannis), he was never really again the best big man in the league

What helps him is that he stacked up accolades during the 2010s before those guys entered their primes

When that shyt happened on TV with Stan Van Gundy and him forcing his way out Orlando his career never was the same

It’s sad

He was perfect for the Lakers in 2020

Dwight said Stan never let him work on jumpers. I think that sabotaged him. There's been HOF bigs who wasn't all pretty in the post but had something from 18.
dwight shooting touch was bricks all around

fukk working on that shyte

it was over as soon as he couldn't dunk everything

ha

Wherever nikkas need to be told on
He told no lie

At what point did anyone clamor for a Dwight post-up

At what point could he bring the ball up the floor

He was dominant on the glass, on the defensive end, and off of lobs but I don’t remember him being the kind of big man you could throw it to on the blocks and he could get you a bucket or create a play for someone else and I don’t remember him being the kind of player that could facilitate a offense

He should think he was one of the best big men because he was during his era (and eventually he should get his recognition by getting enshrined in the HOF); I just think he’s downplaying Jokic’s game and not really factoring his playmaking

Dwight and Stan Van Gundy needed one another, it’s a shame they couldn’t work through their differences.

He was never the same player after ORL traded him. That ORL team with him surrounded by shooters and 3 and D guys perfectly complimented his skill set.

He didn’t fit in in his first stint in LA nor did he have the personality to fit in beside Kobe.

By the end of his tenure in Houston he had lost a step and never really developed enough in his offensive bag to be that guy anymore he was still a nice complimentary piece though.
