At what point in time in the NBA's entire history has every contender been healthy? You're coming up with a ridiculous qualifier, one team wins the title, the others don't that's all there is to it. Regroup and try again next year.

Except Kobe and Duncan are from the same era while Mike and Kareem aren't. It's no disrespect to Kareem to say that Mike is better. On the other hand it is disrespectful to Duncan when people ignore him to call Kobe the greatest of his era. Kobe has 1 more ring, but Duncan has 1 more MVP and 1 more finals MVP. He's also considered the goat at his position.

Who cares.
Prime Kobe is a better passer, scorer, shooter, and man 2 man defender than Duncan. Not to mention more clutch and more versatile.

Again, the Spurs still won the title, you can throw all the excuses out there. Like I said, I don't hold the Kings/Lakers series against the Lakers, even though many people feel the Kings were screwed, the Lakers title isn't tainted to me in anyway.
