Intermittent fasting is really good for weight loss, and overall for your body. Like others have said, it's scientifically proven.

I was skeptical about that and other healthy living trends like keto and what-not, but just because something's presented as a fad doesn't take away its validity.

Yeah, you can get by just eating right and exercising, but some people are aiming to maximize on their quality of life, and if it works, why knock it--especially if it's proven to have benefits?
