Man, while I've adopted kale, spinach is still my GOAT green. More versatile, mellowed flavor, and pretty much a more powerful green. I don't make a smoothie or omelette without it.

Spinach egg salad is one of my GOAT snacks.

Has been my go to breakfast for about 3 months. I try to sneak spinach in every meal I can fit it into.

3 egg omelet with havarti, Avacado, and a cup of spinach is my go to.
