Elections: 1. Americans universally reject what Trumps doing 2. Americans are idiots who allowed him to get elected to do exactly what he's doing

Dont agree with the framing of election day 2025.
More people voted against the way the country is trending than who voted for it.

The Republicans try to gerrymander because in terms of actual numbers, their voters are in the minority.
Redrawing lines, discouraging voter turnout, and trying to alter voter rights is the way they see that they can win elections in the future.

I mean, they did legitimately kill their voters last term. They doing the same round 2.

When shyt not going well the incumbent president will rightfully get the blame....aint like Trump was a great pick in 2024....it was just that the other side made him look like the better option.
I mean Republicans got a crap bench.

They tried to shove DeSantis down people’s throats as the heir apparent but Charlie Brown boots got exposed quickly

Outside of him who did/do they have to excite Republicans.

GOP so scared of their own J6ers they can’t get it in their heads to criticize Trump policy. What will the 2028 candidate run on. Four more years of tariffs and tax breaks?

UPDATE: There are 39,205 ballots that didn't rank Frey or Fateh #1.

Minneapolis says if Frey picks up 12,512 votes, he wins outright.

If Fateh picks up 27,342 votes, he wins outright.

After Round 1, Fateh (46,510 votes) trails Frey (61,340) by 14,830 votes.

The Republicans messed up with Trump and its hard to see how they will return from Trumpism.....most of them will not want to be associated with him by the end of his term.

Desantis was always unlikeable....they will lose in 2028 unless the dems just drop the ball again.

Ignore that Trump fukked up a once-in-a-century pandemic :mjlol: Trump has never looked like a better candidate, thats a coping ass way to shyt on Democrats. His two wins were not blowouts by any means and racism with a sprinkle of sexism took him over the finish line. He was always the great white hope who was big on speaking but short on policies.

"I alone can fix this" is not policy. "Concepts of a plan" is not policy.

Donald beat two women to become president. Only time he faced a dude, he lost.

Trump only has power in elections when his actual name is on the ballot.

He's a superstar pop culture figure who's effect doesn't rub off on anyone else.

The day he finally leaves the public eye, the GOP will lose alot of the power it has amassed in the last 10 years.

This thread is confusing

So Republican won majority of the elections yesterday or something?
I think what happened last night has people having to pivot and come up with different talking points. It’s looking like “MAGA forever” ain’t happening. We will see though.

Trump never looked like the better candidate? So i guess Hillary won in 2016 and Kamala won in 2024.......like wtf are you talking about :dahell:

We saw blue states vote for Trump more in 2024 then they did in 2020 or 2016 and every swing state going red, but you in here talking about it wasnt a blowout?....this the reason the dems lost to a game show host twice....not willing to learn from past mistakes and just doubling down on bullshyt :snoop:
This doesn't mean he looked like better candidate...voters also sat out

Considering the voting trend turning red districts purple is a dangerous game. The leadership should be looking at that nationally like a landmine
