8 percent of kids proficient in reading and math, well below the city averages of 18 for reading and 15 for math?

I'm not trying to get physical with children but I do have pepper spray and I'm hosing all those kids down, everybody is gonna need some milk when I'm done. Parents can get it too. I got the show 'hot ones' in my pocket, get hit with that pepper, turn them kids into grade A students.

I don't think 12 and 13 year olds should be in the same school as 7 and 8 year olds due to possibility of crazy situations like this.

That school is basically a holding pen for prison and welfare. If the test scores are that low those kids have barely a chance of doing anything successful in society. Black kids with straight A’s and college degrees are struggling out here.
