This is horrible analysis :yeshrug:..I couldn't even get through the first syllable. You just about ignored any stat that supports any QB that had gotten in the HOF.

He has absolutely no accolades compared to ANY QB who has gotten in in the last 40 years. Phil Simms has 2 SBs and 1 MVP and he's been retired for 23 years and he still aint in lol

The math and common sense go against you. He is NOT getting in lol. He doesn't have ONE league MVP trophy. Not one passer rating, TD passing or yards leader season title. He's never been TOP 5 in passer rating in ANY season of his career.

9 QBs have entered the HOF in 16 years. 11 in 26 years. He's got QBs and players in the league NOW who will be elected in before he will. LOL

These are FACTS lol. Try to float over them if you want.

He'll get in the Giants "ring of honor" :russ:...:umad:
:comeon: fukk that other shyt you talking bout, he gonna retire with:

Top 10 in passes completed all time (he # 10 right now lol)
Top 10 in passing yards all time (he #11 right now and will be #10 by week 3)
Top 10 in TDs all time (he #8 right now lol)
Top 10 in 4th Qtr comebacks all time (he #9 right now lol)
Add the SBs, SB MVPs, Both 4th Qtr comebacks, 1 against an undefeated all time team?

Stay mad about the inevitable

I'll make it real simple for you

Look up his current stats

Then factor in Eli probably has about at minimum 3 more years left and a league that's as pass happy as it's ever been.

You can make a debate for him going to the HOF with his current numbers right now as we speak

The list of QBs that's been elgible for the Hall Eli numbers will easily swamp, some his numbers have already..

He has no current stats or titles comparable to the 11 who have gotten in the last 26 years. He just has that "iron man" longevity trophy that lumps up some of his stats. Like I said, he doesn't have ONE individual title to his name that he has been top 5 in the league for.

And I'll say it again...he ain't gettin in, not if history has anything to say about it.

They elect like 7 people a year from every position with a QB getting in on average like once every 3 years or so. He has like 10 QBs ahead of him so far. I don't see how it could happen

You can say someone isn't great (depending on your standard) and not bring out a complete trash argument claiming he'd be Trent Dilfer 2.0 if not for his last name.

You think any other young QB coming into the league that wasn't a "Manning" could've pulled off that
"I don't wanna play in San Diego" chit pre-draft?

If not for that, he and Phillip Rivers careers are on different paths altogether.

Trent Dilfer had to suffer in Tampa before he got to a decent squad.

EDIT - here's what they think about Eli:

Joey Bosa's mom on her son's holdout with Chargers: 'Wish we pulled an Eli Manning'

It's not like Eli got some sort of pass on that (how angry/stupid he made -- and still can make, for that matter -- people is mostly why I came around on that trade, honestly :lolbron:) or that Rivers got stuck with some shytty team -- there was a good stretch where the Chargers were probably the most talented team in the league, more talented than any team Eli ever played on. Yeah, they fell off in recent years and are currently being dikks with Bosa, but the Giants fell on comparatively hard times themselves and haven't exactly been fielding a top squad lately (:mjcry:).

The point is, he got to use the leverage of his name to better his situation. Most people don't get to do that.

Whatever your point is it still doesn't make your trash comparison to Dilfer fly or change what he actually accomplished or ended up being handed (surrounding cast, system, etc).

Re read the previous post.

Ignore reality...he ain't gettin in. And his accumulation of stats is based in longevity--not production

he has no league leading season titles in any of those categories and he's 36th all time passer rating. He played every game since he came into the league in the last 12 years

he has 2 SBs where in both seasons they were the last seed carried by the D and he even led in interceptions during those years.

For Eli to get in he would have DEFY any QB who has gotten in since 1970

The SB MVP is not the "ultimate title" lol. Plenty of players have ONE and will never sniff the HOF because of their career stats.

2 QBs have SB titles with an SB MVP AND League MVP plus they have other league titles to go with it and they still ain't in lol.

Eli is literally riding on 2 SBs as the underdog seed carried by his D with nothing else to add. Never a league leader in anything other than INTs and never statistically even a top 5 in any season that he's played in.

Any list he makes is simply based on the fact that he hasn't missed a game.

The people who nominate and vote in the HOF are not "fans" like the Giants stans...they will pour over every detail of his career

Lol it ain't happening

Who are the 2 QBs?

And I'm still waiting on the receipts of the 10 QBs ahead of him waiting to get in..
