It never made sense how Tesla was valued so high against traditional automakers merely because it was electric.

It was all hype, his wealth was all perception and stocks. Hence why when he spent more time with Twitter than Tesla, his Tesla stock lost half its value. That's not real wealth to mem if it can vanish overnight.
