and that's all this shyt is about if they dump the xbox. they don't have as much of a vested interest in it as does Sony with their playstation brand.

That's not a good thing though. Microsoft will feast regardless. Sony has been losing ground left and right in the TV market, phone market, PCs, etc... They are hedging their bets like a motherfukker right now.

Microsoft has always made most of their money from their Software/Consulting/support. Businesses do not like to change things. They will keep something as long as it works. They cant be frickle like home consumers.

I agree. Their TVs and phones have almost been singlehandedly killing them for years. The smartphones have actually turned around, but their TV and camera sales still aren't where they need to be. And White House Down killed them.
